We accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards to pay the booking.
Cancellation policy
You get a full refund if you cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in
If you cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, you’ll get 50% refund
If you cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, you’ll be paid 50% for all nights
If you cancel after that, you will not get any refund
Are dogs allowed in your rentals? Are there any rules to follow?
Yes, we do offer dog-friendly stays. However, we do have rules that must be adhered to:
- You're welcome to bring up to 2 furry friends, with a small fee of $50 for each.
- Your dogs should be social and 100% house-trained to ensure safety and property care.
- To preserve our lovely furniture, especially the beds, kindly keep dogs off them. Any dog-related damage will incur a $50 cleaning fee.
- Please clean up after your dogs to contribute to a pleasant experience for future guests and neighbors.
- When venturing outside our property, kindly keep your dogs on a leash.
What if I need to check-in early, check-out late?
Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
We're happy to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs if there are no overlapping bookings on the respective days. We'll confirm the details closer to your arrival date.
Our front door's smart lock allows access anytime after check-in (4:00 PM), so late check-ins are perfectly fine, regardless of the time, as it's a self-check-in process!
What are the booking conditions for your properties?
Our minimum booking age requirement is 25 years old. Additionally, we reserve the right to cancel any reservation if we have reasonable grounds to suspect that a guest might violate house rules or if, for any reason, we feel uneasy about the reservation.Are you child-friendly?
We welcome children at our short-term rentals and offer pack & play cribs, as well as highchairs, along with child-friendly utensils and bowls. Please let us know if you need them, so they will be available when you arrive.
Is it best to book directly or on a 3rd party website?
Booking directly or requesting a quote through our website ensures you get the best value, guaranteed. You will save on the service and commission fees charged by online travel agencies.
Is parking available on-site?
Yes, all our properties provide convenient on-site parking for our guests, ensuring a hassle-free experience during your stay.
Are parties allowed? What is the quiet time?
We aim to maintain a peaceful atmosphere at our properties, and to respect our neighbors, we don't permit parties. Quiet time begins at 11:00 pm until 9:00 am.
Our local regulations are quite strict when it comes to noise. There is a 24-hour Noise By-law in place for the area. A sound sensor device is monitoring decibel level of the sound 24 hours a day, and will send an alert to us when the noise "exceeds" the acceptable levels for a prolonged period. It's important to note that this device does not record actual sounds or conversations.
Please keep noise to a reasonable level, both inside and outside of the property.
Are there laundry facilities? What about bathroom and kitchen supplies?
Yes! Our homes all have free washers and dryers. We provide “starter” packs pods for the dishwasher, washing machine, and some kitchen and bathroom supplies.
What about safety? Are there security cameras?
To ensure your safety, you'll find fire extinguishers in all our homes.
We have cameras installed in public areas such as main entrances and driveways, mainly to enhance security and protect you. Please rest assured that there are no cameras in private or indoor spaces.
